Executive Chef

Chef Jim is from South Philadelphia where he began his career in the restaurant industry as a bus boy while attending art school. He was able to observe the chefs around him and believed he could combine his love for food with his art background. Chef Jim went to the Restaurant School of Philadelphia and has been with Maggiano’s since 2001. He enjoys long, moonlight walks on the beach while listening to Michael Bublé and contemplating the meaning of "Dream, Passion, and Purpose." In his downtime, Chef Jim loves mountain hikes, astrology, and woodworking with his daughter and son. His favorite dish at Maggiano’s is the Baked Ziti because it reminds him of his mom’s home cooking.
