AFTER-HOURS RETURNS

• FROM 4:30 AM TO MIDNIGHT: Park & lock the car. If an agent is not available, place the completed contract & the keys in the key drop box.
  FROM MIDNIGHT TO 4:30 AM: Park & lock the car. Avis is closed, so take the keys to the security guard. Remember to take your personal belongings with you.

PREFERRED SERVICE

• AIRLINE PASSENGERS: Follow signs to the baggage claim area. Proceed downstairs to the street level and exit the terminal. Take the common airport shuttle bus to the Ground Transportation Center. Show your drivers license and identify yourself as a Preferred Renter to the Avis rental agent in order to receive your preprinted rental document and keys.

*GENERAL DIRECTIONS*

• AIRLINE PASSENGERS: Follow signs to the baggage claim area. Proceed downstairs to the street level and exit the terminal. Take the common airport shuttle bus to the Ground Transportation Center.

• WALK-UP RENTERS Follow airport signs for Rental Car Return. They will lead to the Avis car rental lot.
