AFTER-HOURS RETURNS

• Rental vehicle must be returned during office hours.
  NOTE: Some locations may have a key drop available. If the customer chooses to leave the vehicle, the customer is responsible for the vehicle & all charges (including any damages the vehicle may have incurred during after hours) until the contract can be closed on the following business day.
  If the location does not have a key drop box, the location does not permit vehicles to be left after closing hours. The customer should never lock the keys inside the car. The customer will be charged a fee for a locksmith to unlock the vehicle.

PREFERRED SERVICE

• Follow signs to the baggage claim area. Proceed directly to Preferred Service facility located across the street from the airline counters. An Avis representative will be ready to assist you.

• AIRLINE PASSENGERS: Follow signs to the baggage claim area. Proceed directly across the street from the airline counters and board the Avis courtesy bus. The bus driver will take you to the rental counter.
  TIME allowed for bus ride: 4 minutes.
  DISTANCE from bus stop to car lot: 1 mile

• WALK-UP RENTERS Follow airport signs for Rental Car Return. They will lead to the Avis car rental lot.
