If no agent is on duty, the "after-hours" sign will indicate: Leave keys with the car, note mileage & gas gauge reading on rental agreement folder and go upstairs to the rental counter to secure your receipt. Remember to take your personal belongings with you

PREFERRED SERVICE

• MAIN TERMINAL (1): Proceed to the McCarran Rent A Car Bus pickup area outside between baggage claim and ticketing. The bus will take you to the Consolidated Rent A Car facility (approx. 6-8 minutes), the Avis counter is inside the main entrance and to the right.
  CHARTER TERMINAL (2): Proceed outside the terminal to the designated area for the McCarran Rent A Car Bus pickup. The bus will take you to the Consolidated Rent A Car Facility (approx. 6-8 minutes), the Avis counter is inside the main entrance and to the right.

• Upon arrival at the rental facility, check your email on your smartphone or the Preferred board for the space number of your preassigned vehicle.
  You have the option to accept the preassigned car or exchange it for a similar car from the Select & Go Exchange Area or upgrade the car to a specialty vehicle from the Select & Go Upgrade Area. Cars in the Select & Go Upgrade Area have the additional daily cost posted on the hangtag.
  Once you have selected your vehicle, drive the vehicle to the exit booth and present your driver's license to the Avis representative who will quickly complete the transaction and get you on your way.

  WALK-UP CUSTOMERS:
  FROM LAS VEGAS BLVD.: Go east on George Crockett Rd to Gilespie St & turn right.
  FROM I-215 EAST: Exit at Las Vegas Blvd and continue across Las Vegas Blvd straight onto George Crockett Rd to Gilespie St & turn right.
  FROM I-215 WEST: Exit at Las Vegas Blvd, make a left, then another left onto George Crockett Rd to Gilespie, then right on Gilespie.
  RETURNS: Return cars to the McCarren Rent A Car Center at 7135 Gilespie St. Common shuttle will return customer to terminal.
