AFTER-HOURS RETURNS

• Rental vehicle must be returned during office hours.
  NOTE: Some locations may have a key drop available. If the customer chooses to leave the vehicle, the customer is responsible for the vehicle & all charges (including any damages the vehicle may have incurred during after hours) until the contract can be closed on the following business day.
  If the location does not have a key drop box, the location does not permit vehicles to be left after closing hours. The customer should never lock the keys inside the car. The customer will be charged a fee for a locksmith to unlock the vehicle.

PREFERRED SERVICE

• Proceed to the Avis rental counter. Show your drivers license and identify yourself as a Preferred Renter to the Avis rental agent in order to receive your preprinted rental document and keys.

*GENERAL DIRECTIONS*

• WALK-UP RENTERS: FROM THE NORTH: Take 93 South to Exit 24. Turn right, staying to the right of the large parking garage, which will put you on New Chardon St. Follow New Chardon St to the end & take a left onto Cambridge St. At the second light, take a right onto Summerset St & an immediate left into the Center Plaza Parking Garage.
  FROM ROUTE 90/MASS PIKE: Follow 93 North to Exit 23, stay to the left off the ramp. Go straight through the light. At the 3rd light take a left onto Congress St. Take the next right onto State St. As you come up the hill, you will see 3 Center Plaza directly in front of you. Bear to the left & Avis is on the right.
  FROM THE SOUTH: Take 93 North to Exit 23, stay to the left off the ramp. Go straight through the light. At the 3rd light take a left onto Congress St. Take the next right onto State St. As you come up the hill, you will see 3 Center Plaza directly in front of you. Bear to the left & Avis is on the right.
  FROM STARROW DR: Exit at the Government Center Exit. At the 1st traffic light follow the Hospital Signs to get onto Cambridge St. Go past the Hospital about 8 blocks. Center Plaza will be on the right.
  FROM SUBWAY:BLUE LINE or GREEN LINE: Take the Government Center stop. Walk across the street to 3 Center Plaza.
