Follow signs from the baggage claim to the Avis courtesy bus. The bus, which runs regularly, will take you to the CVG car rental facility. From the Cincinnati airport car rentals lot, it’s only a 17- to 20-minute drive to the city’s central business district—and Cincinnati’s business scene is growing rapidly. It’s already home to head offices of Proctor & Gamble and Macy’s and more companies are moving in every month, both for the available land for manufacturing and the fact that there are more chili restaurants per person than anywhere else in America. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS

• Rental vehicle must be returned during office hours.
  NOTE: Some locations may have a key drop available. If the customer chooses to leave the vehicle, the customer is responsible for the vehicle & all charges (including any damages the vehicle may have incurred during after hours) until the contract can be closed on the following business day.
  If the location does not have a key drop box, the location does not permit vehicles to be left after closing hours. The customer should never lock the keys inside the car. The customer will be charged a fee for a locksmith to unlock the vehicle.

PREFERRED SERVICE

• Follow signs to the baggage claim area. Proceed outside to the Avis courtesy bus, identify yourself as a Preferred Renter, and the bus driver will take you to your pre-assigned car.

  WEEKDAYS (MONDAY - FRIDAY): Follow signs to the baggage claim area. Proceed outside to the curb for the Avis/Budget courtesy bus. The busses run at regular intervals and will stop to take you to the car rental facility (on airport property).
  WEEKENDS (SATURDAY & SUNDAY): Follow signs to the baggage claim area. Use the courtesy phone to call for pick-up service. Proceed outside to the curb for the Avis/Budget courtesy bus. The bus will take you to the car rental facility (on airport property).
  TIME allowed for bus ride: 2-4 minutes
  WALKING DISTANCE from rental counter to car lot: 50 feet.

• WALK-UP RENTERS: Follow airport signs for "Rental Car Return." They will lead to the Avis Rental/Return facility. The Avis building is toward the back of the lot.
